Kaplan Automotive was started November 1st 2007. Mike had previously worked for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 15 years in various capacities including retail store management, and later Corporate training positions with over 250 accounts in eight Midwest States reaching from Michigan to Montana and Wyoming. This extensive travel and direct dealings with various types of automotive service facilities and business models was key in the development of our customer service experience that we pride ourselves on.
Our staff includes ASE certified and ASE Master technicians having many years of industry experience and training. We are proud to be Better Business Bureau accredited, and we make every attempt to stay updated with industry training for our staff, as well as utilizing state of the art equipment. We provide free hot coffee and free Wi-Fi and a have a designated "kids" corner to keep your children busy while you wait. If you need a "lift" we can accomodate that need as well. Be on the lookout for various service discounts, and Goodyear Tire sales throughout the year and ask about the new "rewards program" for our loyal customers. We also have events that allow us to donate to various charities.
